try really hard to make sure that all our
customers receive the games and products that they want, promptly and
in the best of condition. Unfortunately this isn’t always in
our
control, and mistakes and breakages do happen. Sometimes you might have
even ordered the wrong CD by mistake, and don’t realise it
until
your customer receives it!
If you
want to return your
goods for exchange, send them back to us within seven days of receipt,
in unused, un-opened condition.
If you
are returning goods
simply because you have changed your mind, they must be unopened and in
perfect condition and returned to us within 7 days to:
